Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Harborlight Glen Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
