Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
