Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oakland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
