Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
