Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
