Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
