Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Thistle Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Nashville, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 790 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
