Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
