Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
