Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities Associates cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
