Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar North Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
