Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Stonegate Fox Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
