Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets is a Philadelphia retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
