Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Foxglove Willow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Detroit, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
