Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark North Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
