Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Ironwood Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Orlando, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
