Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
