Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Vista Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
