Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
