Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
