Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting.
