Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
