Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 571 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
