Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
