Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
