Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Nashville, TN)

Summit Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
