Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
