Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Memphis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
