Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Madison, WI)

Silverline Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Madison. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
