Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Amber Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
