Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Corner Medical is a Little Rock company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
