Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Rook Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
