Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Summit Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
