Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 951 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
