Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook North Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
