Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Jackson with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
