Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jackson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
