Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
