Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
