Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Grand Rapids serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
