Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Beacon Financial Associates is a financial-services company in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting.
