Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Granite Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
