Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bright Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
