Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Amber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
