Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charleston, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting.
