Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Summit Financial Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
