Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Boise, ID)

Nova Pine Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
