Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
