Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Austin, TX)

Bright Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Austin, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
