Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
